This hotel is s gem. The grounds are beautiful and the ambience calmed, relaxing and pleasant. The decorations in the main hall are traditional Mexican. There is a Tequila museum with hundreds of tequila bottles. The pool area is small. Pets are allowed at sn extra fee. We spent new years eve there. A dinner- dance party. The cost wad $1500 pesos

A great place to stay, is in a quiet zone and with an excellent staff. It's facilities make it combfortable and the gardens are fabulous. Surely I'll come back in a short time because worth it to stay there.

Good option for events if you do not want to explorer around and just go to the event. The food is just good and the area is good to take a rest. You have to arrive by car is 30 minutes from Cuernvaca.

Nice installations, clean, beautiful, has bigs gardens, has pretty pools (2) and is quiet place. Good ratio between price and place. Excellent typical food at restaurant. There are places for celebrate bridals and some other parties

We organized a team offsite for 2 days and it was amazing. The staff could not have done more- and they took excellent care of us. The facilities and the food were great too! We are only sad that we didn't get a chance to use the inviting pool! Also, they partner with a team activities group called Bonding- who were excellent, and we highly recommend them too.

The bathroom was dirty. It looks like they don’t care about cleaning. I didn’t like breakfast buffet, it was messy. Principal Building is beautiful but the rooms that are in other buildings are TERRIBLE !! They are really awful. I don’t know how they get the four stars. Gardens are beautiful, but service is terrible !! Definitely This hotel is not an option to stay !! Cost and benefits is not worthy

The hotel room was very small, no mini bar, windows were very dirty and could not be opened. The room was not very clean overall. There was no mirror with full body view (which is a shame if the location hosts conferences, weddings etc). Also, our rate which was advertised as discounted for the event we attended was more than twice of the usual daily rate on booking and even then no breakfast included, but you had to pay 25 USD/day extra per person since there is also no other reasonable options around. Overall, a total rip off and very disappointing experience which this specific hotel, especially as Radisson sees themselves as a high class hotel chain.

La recepcionista cometió el error de duplicar el cargo de nuestra estadía, me di cuanta al hacer el check out. A pesar de que sólo requieren reversar el cargo, no lo hicieron, tuve que pedir la intervención de american express para que un mes más tarde lo hicieran. Nunca se comunicaron conmigo, no ofrecieron disculpas, pésimo por parte de las recepcionistas y su área contable. No pensamos volver.

Super bonito y acogedor. Los jardines muy cuidados y la suite es espectacular, con techos muy altos que reflejan lujo estilo mexicano. Buen Restaurante y muchas esculturas y obras de arte por todo el hotel. Seguro regreso porque la relación calidad precio es muy buena
